Develops quantitative reasoning, including problem formulation and solving, and the scientific method. |

A continuation of TECH 1301. Includes a study of machines and energy transfer, direct current electricity, fluids, and gas laws. Ancient theories of the universe, and the scientific revolution, how things move, the world according to Newton, human factors in the design of spacecraft, benefits from NASA Spinoffs, how things work, the information revolution (Cyberspace), and discussions of technology and society. |
