What is a UHD-ID? A UHD-ID is a 9-digit number assigned to every admitted student to uniquely identify him/her at UHD. New students are notified of their UHD-ID by the Admissions Office. Currently enrolled students and former students can retrieve their UHD-ID online. This 9-digit number will be printed on your UHD ID card. Please keep this in a safe place. Have you forgotten your UHD-ID? If you have forgotten your UHD-ID number, you may securely retrieve it online by using the Look Up UHD-ID service. You will be asked to provide some personal information to verify your identity and complete the UHD-ID retrieval process. Cannot obtain your UHD-ID online via the Look Up UHD-ID service? You can submit the Request UHD-ID Form to the Registrar’s Office so that your UHD-ID can be sent to you. You can also come to the Registrar’s Office N330 in person 8am-6pm Monday – Thursday and 8am-5pm on Fridays. You will be given your UHD-ID once you show a valid photo ID. Your UHD-ID will NOT be released over the phone. |
